Cousin Chelsea Came to Visit!

Here we are tonight at 3rd Street Promenade. I had to bring my babies with me because they love music just as much as me.

I walked with Daddy....

Stopped for a little shopping at Kitson but was more interested in Big Bird than in buying anything

In addition to listening to some great music, we watched a show with trained dogs who could skateboard and do all kinds of tricks...

At the end of the show, this dog took dollar bills, flew through the hoop and put the dollars in the bucket at the other side.

Other Weekend Fun with Chelsea!

This morning, we went to a few yard sales and I scored some great Melissa and Doug puzzles for $1, a Melissa and Doug farm with all kinds of animals for $5, a trike where my feet reach the pedals for $3 and some Playdoh accessories. We saw some great stuff for M&m but decided we can drag Julie out some early Saturday morning when M&m are home.

We then went to the beach....

And, we saw our friends there.

After the beach, we had lunch at Baja Cantina.

And after a 2+ hour nap (well, I napped....Mama and Chelsea went to get mani/pedis), I had some dinner (rib and corn) and we headed out to Santa Monica!

Do you like my ponytail? Ever since I saw Sofia wearing hers, I have allowed Mama to put one in my hair for at least a little while. This morning when I was tired of it, I said "No tail"...."No horse tail" (LOL!)

On Friday morning, I went to the Farmers Market with Mommy and Daddy (before Chelsea woke up) and climbed a tree! It seemed like the entire city of Venice was there, or at least all the people Mommy and Daddy know.

On Friday night, we went to Tales and Toys for First Fridays with Evan, Sofia and Zoe. We came back home afterward for yummy ribs with an Asian sauce. Yummy, Dada. Delicious.

As always, another fun week with Nanny G....on Friday, we had a playdate with a bunch of friends and made cut out paperdolls.



On Thursday, Nyla came over and we painted and went swimming!

Good news from Ethiopia!

We heard from TC this morning (TC is Julie's Mom). Julie and Steven are with their babies and they WILL be home next Saturday. We can't wait to meet them. Mazzi ("ma-zee") and her baby brother Melese (not sure if Melese has a nickname)....they are so loved and being hugged and snuggled by their Mommy and Daddy.

Today is the day!

Weekend Fun! - Marina Concert and Pancake Breakfast

Last night, we went to our first Summer Marina concert. Daddy brought the boat over to the park and we ate fish burgers and other tasty treats while listening to music.

Then, Michael, Lisa and Zoe arrived on the water taxi

And, Michael and Zoe went out on the boat...

...and we played on the dock. Michael and Zoe were swimming like fish out of water.

This morning, we went to Evan and Safia's house ... they live in the house we rented across the street. Mama was reminiscing about all of the time we spent there when I was a baby. Trip down memory lane.

Reading and Fun with Peri

Last weekend, Peri visited on Saturday and we read and did so many things together. It was great because Mama was busy getting ready for Sunday's party....I had a playmate to keep me busy!
