The First Night of Hanukkah

The first night of Hanukkah had the traditional (latkes) and the untraditional (New Mexican green chile empanadas).  Seems that both were loved as they were gobbled up...by most.

Jordan got his friends to play "PO" with him (playdoh for you and me).  And one crazy M turned into a man, a beautiful man at that.

The train left the station .... on a journey to we are not sure where.

Gigi opened up her Adventure Camper (from Grandma and Grandpa) and M and Mom put it together with a little help from Gigi.

Princess Tea Party

After I finished painting my mini tea cups I received for Hanukkah, I had a princess tea party.

All my princesses got a spoon, bowl, tea cup and napkin

Fun times!

Eighth Night of Hanukkah

We were invited to Tati's house for the last night of Hanukkah. Tati and I watched Tangled while the grownups ate dinner.

They had salmon topped with mascarpone and spinach. YUM!

Seventh Night of Hanukkah and Friends!

Zoe and Lucy came to visit. I have missed Zoe so much since they moved out of town. We used to see each other sometimes 3 days/week since they lived two houses down.

And, her sister is no longer a baby! She turned two last month.

We went to the beach, played in the sand and climbed the rocks before the T family left to visit grandma. They are coming back for New Years!

The Sixth Night of Hanukkah

My friend, Isabel, was over today, while waiting for her grandparents to get in from Chicago. We played and then right before they left, we lit the candles for the 6th night and I opened my stencils.

And, Jordan opened up a phone for the tub.

I used the stencils right away and in the morning. I love them!

The Making of a Dreidel

"I have a little dreidel" that Merrick gave to me....I painted, painted, painted until it was all ready. Oh, Dreidel, Dreidel, Dreidel that Merrick gave to me. When you're dry and ready, then we will play with thee.
