Gym Class with Mama

This week, Mama took Jordan to gym class! Because of the holiday, Jordan was the only one there! So, he had a private "lesson".

They covered "soft" and "hard".

Jordan loves it!

And, particularly loves bubble time.

Hiking!

Today, we headed out for a hike at Point Dume. One of Mama's faves. We went when I was Jordan's age. For Mother's Day. Mama forgot exactly how to get there, but after a few missed turns, we found it. Only 8 parking spaces. All full. Instead, we climbed up Corral Canyon Road. 5 miles up with lots of turns.

My "boy"friend and his family gave up on us. Too bad because we had such a good time. Don't blame them though, it was quite a ride.

Our other friends didn't give up on us. They found their way, even after taking an unanticipated detour to pick up their two other friends. Jordan loved climbing.

And so do I, but Mama was just a little uncomfortable with this move.

Friends...

Yesterday, Nyla came over after gymnastics camp. She "read" some Disney stories to me while we munched on popcorn.

At night, we went to Merrick's house to enjoy some holiday cheer.

Eighth Night of Hanukkah

We were invited to Tati's house for the last night of Hanukkah. Tati and I watched Tangled while the grownups ate dinner.

They had salmon topped with mascarpone and spinach. YUM!

Seventh Night of Hanukkah and Friends!

Zoe and Lucy came to visit. I have missed Zoe so much since they moved out of town. We used to see each other sometimes 3 days/week since they lived two houses down.

And, her sister is no longer a baby! She turned two last month.

We went to the beach, played in the sand and climbed the rocks before the T family left to visit grandma. They are coming back for New Years!

The Sixth Night of Hanukkah

My friend, Isabel, was over today, while waiting for her grandparents to get in from Chicago. We played and then right before they left, we lit the candles for the 6th night and I opened my stencils.

And, Jordan opened up a phone for the tub.

I used the stencils right away and in the morning. I love them!
