Elena...

My sweet, dear Elena....thank you for being my friend. You were an incredible mama to your 5 children and a wonderful wife to Mark. Your strength in fighting to stay here with Mark, Xavi and Ivy and all those that love you was awe-inspiring. Your love and support of me during our days of creating our families and then when Eliza died will never be forgotten. I am heartbroken that you are not here anymore....you looked so beautiful and peaceful yesterday. I hope that the reunion with the triplets was better than you would have imagined. Peace.

While we were painting...

Jordan was napping...

Painting...with brushes, hands, feet and more

Nanny G got me some great paint supplies for my birthday. Above, you will see the spill-free cups for my paint. Below is the beginning of a fun painting play date with Meazi and Melese. You will notice that it started out with us using the rollers Nanny G gave me...but when it was time to mix paint and create other colors....well,
....we started using our hands to make pink from red and white and it all became

more of a body painting experience.

We were covered from head to...

hands....to...

arms to...

hair to ..... well, we were covered everywhere

Abbot Kinney Festival

This morning, before my birthday party, Mama, Grandma and Jordan went to the Abbot Kinney Festival..these are just a few pictures that show the color of Venice and why we all love living here. They went to breakfast and then walked the fair....Daddy and I went to the Farmers Market with Grandpa!

My 3rd Birthday Party

My birthday was last week, but we had my party on Sunday....and SNOW WHITE came! So many of my friends were there to help me celebrate.

We caught bubbles...played games and limbo...

Hugged a lot!

Decorated crowns and frames. Nanny G took pictures and printed them at the party so that everyone could put a picture in a frame they decorated.

Parachuting!

and got our faces painted!

even Jordan had fun!

Gigi Says The Darndest Things

Snow White: To make a cake, you need flour, eggs and sugar.
Gigi: I will go get a flower!

Gigi: Mama, (waving her magic wand), I am going to turn you back into Deb (not sure what she originally turned me into)

I am going to....

Florida on my imaginary plane!

Art Walk

Mama recently decided to put up some of my art projects on the wall in the playroom. Daddy thought she was crazy when she came home with blue and purple clothesline and clothes pins from the 99 cents store. I think it looks great!

Jordan and I can now stroll together in our double stroller....doesn't he look so much bigger?

3 year and 3 month visit to Dr. Seuss

Jordan and I went together to see Dr. Seuss for our 3 month (Jordan) and 3 year (me) visit. You can see we were both just as thrilled to be there! I weighed 32 lbs (65%) and am 38.5 inches tall (70%)....Jordan grew to 23 inches (20%) and weighed 10 lbs 8.5 oz (5%). He is still small (maybe not tiny), but is gaining in his height. Mama thought he looks pudgier, but still only 5th percentile for weight. The best news is I don't have to go back until next year....Jordan next month!

Disneyland!

We took our first trip to Disneyland to celebrate my birthday. Daddy had to work, but I convinced Mama, Grandma, Grandpa and Jordan to come with me. Okay, the truth is that until last night, I didn't know what Disneyland was. Mama told me we were going to go and showed me some pictures from the Disneyland website, so I sort of knew what she was talking about.
I went on King Arthur's Carousel

Ate a yummy Mickey Mouse ice cream

Waiting only 30 minutes to see THREE princesses...

Sleeping Beauty

Jasmine

Princess and the Frog! (or Tiana)...here I am showing her my Tiana necklace

Jordan came with us on the train ride around the park

Our last ride before the parade was Alice in Wonderland

Out at 6 pm...
